国外自我效能研究中的分歧及对元认知研究的启示

摘    要:自我效能是影响个体努力程度和行为持久性的一个重要因素 ,对成就行为的预测性较高。通过对国外自我效能研究中存在的分歧及原因进行剖析 ,并在此基础上提出当前涉及到自我效能的研究 ,尤其是关于元认知方面的研究必须注意的问题 :( 1)研究中对相关概念的界定要明确 ;( 2 )研究中要控制好相关变量的测量次序 ;( 3)研究中要慎重选择测量工具 ;( 4 )研究中要注意额外变量的影响 ;( 5)研究中应注意自我效能的应用价值

Abstract:Self-efficacy affects human beings' efforts and endurance in their behaviors and predicts their achievements highly. This thesis revealed some reasons for disagreements in foreign self-efficacy study and offered five pieces of advice to improve domestic self-efficacy researching in meta-cognition field:(1)All cancepts should be defined quite clearly; (2)Measure order of variables should be arranged correctly; (3)Scales should be chosen carefully according to some statistical criteria; (4)Effects of other variables which are associated with achievements should be controlled as possible as we can; (5)Practical value of self-efficacy should be stressed.
