日本企业振兴政策对我国中小企业发展的启示

中小企业问题是一个世界性问题,也是一个需要长期研究的课题。依据现代企业管理理论来看待和分析我国中小企业的发展,不难发现,融资难、企业创新能力薄弱、缺乏拥有自主知识产权的技术和产品以及经营管理水平整体不高等仍是制约企业发展的“瓶颈”。文章通过对日本中小企业发展振兴的特点和成功经验进行深入研究和剖析,提出了我国中小企业发展的相关对策和建议。

The Revelations of Japanese Enterprise-vitalizing Policy on the Development of Chinese Medium- and Small-sized Enterprises

The problem of medium-and small-sized Enterprises is not only a world-wide problem,but also one which requires long-term studies.Based on the symbiotic business theory and analysis of the development of medium-and small-sized enterprises in China,it is not hard to find that "the difficultly on financing,lack of innovative abilities,developing slowly,lack of technology and products with their own intellectual property rights,as well as lack of overall management level" is still the "bottleneck" which restricts the development of enterprises.Through studying and analyzing the characteristics and useful experiences of Japanese enterprise-vitalizing policy is submitted countermeasures and suggestions on the development of China's medium-and small-sized enterprises.
