英汉互译中的同义词语选择

无论在英语中还是在汉语中都有许多同义词 ,但这些同义词又有诸多方面的差异 ,而同义词语的选择直接影响译文的质量 ,所以在英汉互译时就面临着同义词语选择的问题。译者需在正确理解原文的基础上 ,注意从词的语体色彩、词的感情色彩、用词的轻与重、词的广义与狭义、词的政治含义、词的搭配、音韵问题及文化因素等方面进行推敲 ,尽可能选择相对恰当的词语。
