| 摘 要： | 从构建社会主义和谐社会和经济社会发展的角度,就目前的社会档案管理工作所存在问题进行剖析,在立足科学发展、效益优先和强化意识培养的基础上,提出并重新诠释了社会档案的规范建设和创新管理,以及档案资源的有效整合和社会共享。

| Abstract: | From the point of constructing socialist harmonious society and economical society,analyses were conducted in terms of the problems in society＇s archive management.Based on scientific development,profits priority and enhancement of ideology cultivation,it was proposed to reinterpret the regulated construction and innovative management of society＇s archives,as well as integrate archive resources effectively and have share them in society. |
