| 摘 要： | 石油关系到国民经济的发展,我国虽是石油大国,但由于经济的持续高速发展,石油生产增长已落后于经济的发展速度,并且已经出现了石油能源短缺,这种现象在未来一段时间内会更加突出。要解决这个问题,必须从中国石油能源安全现状入手,构建中国石油工业的可持续发展战略以及中国石油工业可持续发展的具体对策。

| Abstract: | Though China is rich in oil which is related to the national economy development,because of continuously super-speed development of economy,oil development has already lagged behind that of economy at speed,and the shortage of oil has appeared.This kind of phenomenon would be more serious in a period in future.To resolve the problem,governments should pay much attention firstly to the present safe condition in oil energy in China,and then to building the China oil energy sustainable development strategy and methods of realizing China oil energy sustainable development. |
