| 摘 要： | 马克思恩格斯时期,资本对无产阶级压迫和剥削的残酷性和国际性使广大的劳动者日益走向贫困和边缘化;欧洲列强之间的秘密外交和背信弃义极大破坏了国际法的权威和尊严;欧洲列强对落后民族和国家的侵掠将原本就不公正的欧洲国际秩序扩展到全世界.在此背景下,马克思思格斯国际法思想应运而生.
