| 摘 要： | 本文在对中国党外人士形成的历史进行回顾和梳理的基础上 ,对党外人士的性质、构成条件作了理论上的初步探索。然后根据党外人士的构成定义 ,对其内涵进行阐述 ,最终形成对党外人士的本质理解和把握。
