中国跨国公司的发展、问题与走势

巨型跨国公司是国民经济的支柱 ,是经济结构调整和升级的推进器 ,是国家综合实力的重要标志之一。因此 ,任何国家如果要在当代世界经济中占据一定的地位 ,必须拥有自己的巨型跨国公司。目前世界巨型跨国公司绝大多数是发达资本主义国家的 ,但发展中国家的巨型跨国公司数目也在增加。随着改革开放的深入和经济持续稳定的增长 ,我国的巨型跨国公司正在迅速崛起之中。但总体上看 ,无论在数量还是质量上 ,与西方的巨型跨国公司相比都存在着很大的差距。从发展趋势来看 ,随着世界巨型跨国公司的飞速发展 ,中国的跨国公司必将以强劲的势头跟进 ,利用有利的国际经济环境和自身的发展优势 ,大展宏图 ,在未来的国际经济舞台上发挥应有的作用。

Developing Trend and Problems of Chinese Multinational Corporations

To a country,giant multinational corporations are the pillars of the national economy,the propellers for the economic adjustment and upgrading and one of the hallmarks of the national comprehensive strength.Any co untry,if wishing to secure a niche in the world economy,must have its own giant multinational corporations.At present,the overwhelming majority of giant multina tional corporations are in developed capitalist countries.But the number of such corporations in developing countries is also increasing.With the deepening of r eform and opening up and the sustainable growth of the national economy,China's giant multinational corporations are also on the rise.But in general,they are fa r behind those in developed countries in terms of both quantity and quality.The development trend shows that with the rapid development of giant multinational c orporations in the world,Chinese multinational corporations are sure to follow a nd play their due roles in the international economic area.
