Analyzing Global Gag Rule Policy

Gag Rule forbids Non-governmental Organizations and foreign governments to use American funds into planned-parenthood through abortion. The newly elected president Bush reiterated this policy in January of 2001 when he first came into office. This article gives a brief introduction of the originating and developing of this policy, then it presents a concrete analysis of the reasons for Bush's reiteration of this policy, and in the end proposes some strategic tactics in response to this policy.
