| 摘 要： | “SCST 模式”是一种“自学”、“案例分析”、“讨论辩论”、“司法实践”四合一的法学教育模式,其价值取向是培养具有全球视角和具有国际竞争能力的法律应用型人才。践行“SCST 模式”,必须转变观念,排除思想障碍,转变教师职能,提高教师素质,从法律国际化的角度设置法律课程体系和教学内容.

| Abstract: | SCST Pattern is a comprehensive law education system which includes Self-teaching, Case Analyzing,Discussing and Debating,and Judicial Practising.It tends to train global-viewed and inter-nationally competitive professional jurists.To practise this pattern,we heed to change our sense,remove the obstacles in our minds,transform teachers' function,improve teachers' quality,and to set up law courses system and teaching material from the point of law globalization. |
