玻璃瓶残留液嵌入式在线检测系统

摘    要:针对啤酒生产线上空瓶灌装前的残留液检测环节,提出了基于电容耦合原理的玻璃瓶残留液嵌入式在线检测系统。采用STM32F103VET6为主控制器,设计高频激励电路模块作为信号发送端,耦合信号接收电路模块作为信号接收端,串口通信电路模块实现与上位机交互。实验表明,系统可在速度大于36 000瓶/h的啤酒生产线稳定且可靠的检测出残留液超标的空瓶,具有一定的市场推广价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the inspection link of the residual liquid before bottling in the beer production line, an embedded on line detection system for residual liquid of glass bottle based on capacitive coupling was proposed. Using STM32F103VET6 as the main controller, the high frequency excitation circuit module was designed as the signal transmitting end, the coupling signal receiving circuit module was designed as the signal receiving end, and the serial communication circuit module was designed to realize the interaction with the host computer. The experiment shows that the system can be used in 36 000 bottles per hour of beer production line speed, stable and reliable detection of residual liquid exceeded the empty bottle, it has great market value.
