论官商勾结犯罪的心理基础——以胡长清、成克杰、王怀忠、郑筱萸案件为例

运用社会心理学、犯罪心理学基本理论,分析实际案例,证实贪官与奸商在心理需要、动机、自我调控能力以及人格上,都存在着许多相同之处,即他们的畸形的物质需要是犯罪的原动力;贪婪的谋利动机是犯罪的直接起因;缺失的自我调控能力是犯罪的重要因素;不健全的人格结构是犯罪的内在根据。这四者是内在的有机联系的整体,其中不健全人格起着决定性作用。基于此分析,提出了预防官商勾结犯罪的心理对策。
