| 摘 要： | 全球化背景下,跨国公司在地方产业集群中所扮演的角色越来越突出,并主导了地方产业集群的演化方向.本文从跨国公司进入地方产业集群引起集群组织结构演化的角度,探讨了这种演化及其对地方产业竞争力的影响.以及由此带来的产业安全问题,并提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | Under the globalization background,the multinational corporations become the main power for the development and evolution of the local industrial clusters.From the perspective of the evolution of the organizational structure of the local industrial clusters after the introduction of multinational corporations,this article offers a probe of such evolution with its influence on the competitiveness of local industries,and the subsequent industrial safety.It also attempts to offer corresponding countermeasures. |
