| Abstract: | In terms of property management as the real estate market for new industries and improving the people's quality of life in a certain sense,there are many problems,especially in pre-property management period,with a lot of disputes.This paper analyzes the main reasons about the pre-property management present conditions of Changchun,debates the law basis and practical significance on the system of pre-property management's bidding,some pieces of advice are proposed on this base. |
