| Abstract: | In this paper, according to "bucket principle", the analogy method, marginal analysis and mathematical model are used to study the problem on the suitable development scale of university in terms of cost-profit principle. A decision analysis pattern and a criterion on suitable scale are posed. At last, a research, case is given. |
