| 摘 要： | 在当前的高等师范院校教育创新中,需要处理好这样几对关系:创新选择与师范特色的关系、学科教育与教师教育的关系、形式创新与内涵创新的关系。在进行高师教育创新选择时,要注意保持和发展师范特色;要走出师范院校学科教育的困境,关键是要走好教师教育之路;形式创新是必要的,但更重要的是走好内涵创新之路。

| Abstract: | During the educational innovation of teachers colleges at present, a few pairs of relationships should be handled correctly: the relationship between innovation selecting and the characteristics of teachers colleges, the relationship between course teaching and teachers' professional education, the relation between the formal innovation and the connotation innovation. We should keep and develop the characteristics of teachers college when select educational innovation, and make great efforts to teachers' professional education. Make formal innovation on one hand, and especially make connotation innovation on the other. |
