| 摘 要： | 法律责任及其追究是法的国家强制性的基本表现,也是各项法律制度得以有效贯彻执行的根本保障。环境行政法律责任在社会生活中不能得到有效实现,是我国环境违法行为高发的重要原因之一。文章阐释了环境行政法律责任实现的基本原理,分析评估了我国环境行政法律责任实现问题的现状及其成因,并富有针对性地提出了对策建议。
