| 摘 要： | 公民的公共精神为公民有序参与社会公共生活提供了价值规范,为和谐社会的形成与发展提供了精神动力。从我国公民呼唤公共精神出发,指出公民的公共精神对和谐社会的形成具有重大作用,提出了构建当代公民公共精神的基本要求。

| Abstract: | The public spirit of citizen provides value criterion for citizens participating in public life, and provides spirit drive for the formation and development of a harmonious society. Starting from calling forth the public spirit of citizen in our country, the authors point out the important role of the public spirit of citizens in the formation of a harmonious society, and put forward some basic requirements for constructing the public spirit of citizen in the contemporary era. |
