提高医学生毕业实习教学质量的探讨

On Improving the Teaching Quality of Medical Students' Graduation Field Work

Graduation field work is an important link of teaching in higher medical education.It's a process for students to apply the fundamental theory,elementary knowledge and basic skills to practice,and thus deepen and sublimate their knowledge.At present,China's higher medical education is at the point of scale enlarging and mode changing,and the teaching quality of medical students' graduation field work,which is influenced by many factors such as college,hospital and society,and is faced with manifold impact and challenge,has attracted the attention of society,medical and health departments and lots of medical educators.The paper lay stress on covering the status of the teaching quality of medical students' graduation field work and put forth countermeasures and suggestions as to how to improve the practice quality.
