| 摘 要： | 知识管理对于组织生存和发展至关重要。ERP系统的实施就是要构建一个具有核心竞争力的知识管理体系。文章在分析ERP系统中的知识体系的基础上，系统的分析了面向ERP的知识管理体系创新的策略和方法，以及面向ERP的知识管理组织结构创新的策略和方法，以推动企业ERP系统的实施，创建有效的知识管理与创新体系。
