摘    要:每个外语学习者都是独一无二的。学习者的学习动机、性格特征、认知方式等普遍存在着个性差异,对外语教学的效果影响很大。因此,外语教师应高度重视这个问题,并采取行之有效的措施,以便更好地因材施教,使外语教学质量得到显著提高。

Abstract:Every foreign language learner is unique. Learners' individual differences includes motivation, personality, cognitive style and so on. These universally existing differences greatly affect the effect of foreign language teaching. Therefore, foreign language teachers should highly value this problem and take effective measures so that different learners will be taught well through different methods and the quality of foreign language teaching will be improved notably.
