| 摘 要： | 在马克思的理论构想中,自由是社会主义的本质特征,社会主义拥有比资本主义更高的自由.但实际上,现实的社会主义国家在人的自由方面却存在许多问题,这与这些社会主义国家生产力发展水平低下、法治不健全以及高度集权的政治体制有直接的关系.所以推进社会主义国家人的自由的发展,离不开市场经济的发展、生产力的提高、法治的建设以及一套有效制约公共权力的机制.

| Abstract: | According to Karl Marx' theory,human freedom would be the nature of socialism,and socialism would possess more freedom than capitalism. But in fact,the socialist countries have a lot of problems in human freedom.These problems relate closely to lower productivities,imperfect in rule of law,and highly centralization of state power.Thus,promoting the human freedom in socialist countries would be based on the development of market economy,the advanced productivities,the construction of legislation,and the effective mechanism by which public power can be restricted. |
