| Abstract: | Rational thinking and full preparation before starting a business is the important guarantee of increasing the success rate of entrepreneurship for retail enterprise.This paper elaborates the necessity of entrepreneurial rationality of the retail enterprise,and analyzes the dilemma facing it.On this basis,it points out the preparation work which should be done before starting a business for the retail enterprise. |
