道德教育的人性探析

摘    要:人性与道德教育是密切关联的,进行道德教育就需要考虑到人性的因素。但现代的道德教育却缺乏人性关怀,未能遵循人性化的原则。针对这种状况,我们应以马克思主义人性论为指导,建立良性互动、和谐发展的道德教育模式,满足受教育者的个体需求,帮助受教育者树立正确的人生理念,切实提高道德教育的实效性。

Abstract:Moral education is closely related to human nature and,therefore,the factors concerning human nature should be taken into consideration when moral education is carried out.Unfortunately,modern moral education lacks care about human nature and fails to follow the principle of humanization.Such being the case,the educator should take the Marxist theory on human nature as the guideline and develop a pattern of interdynamic and harmonious moral education.In order to improve the results of moral education,the educator needs to meet the demands of the educatees while helping them to adopt a right outlook on life.
