农业剩余劳动力内涵之我见

通过对各种关于农业剩余劳动力含义的分析,说明应立足于广义农业,以动态发展的观点并结合市场经济的需要来界定农业剩余劳动力涵义,得出农业剩余劳动力是指广义的农业生产中,由于农业生产力水平提高,劳动力供给超出生产有效农产品对劳动力的需求而不断出现的处于闲置状态的农业劳动力,从而为制定农业剩余劳动力转移的对策措施提供了理论前提。

Views on the Connotation of Surplus Labor in the Field of Agriculture

According to the analysis or various definitions of surplus labor in the field of agriculture,this paper states that we should define the connotation of surplus labor in the field of agriculture in a broad sense of agriculture,the correct views should be based on the dynamic points and connected with the needs of market economy. Surplus labor in the field of agriculture means the idle agricultural labor in a broad sense of agriculture causing from the fact that the supply of labors surpasses the number needed by producing efficient products,owing to the improvement of agricultural productive forces.
