京津冀协同发展下装备制造业产业升级研究

随着京津冀协同发展、“制造业2025”等国家战略的提出，京津冀地区装备制造业亟须实现产业转型升级。在要素禀赋视域下，构建了三产品-两阶段的HO模型，根据制造业子行业要素禀赋与行业产出的关系，将子行业按照要素禀赋分为两个组合，并进一步聚合划分了劳动密集型、过渡型和资本密集型行业。运用似无相关回归模型，对京津冀装备制造业8个子行业进行了实证分析，研究得出京津冀地区装备制造业8个子行业中有3个子行业处于过渡行业阶段，5个子行业处于资本密集型行业阶段，并没有劳动密集型行业。最后，从完善行业要素禀赋结构、实现“三链”融合、促进装备制造业与生产性服务业融合等方面提出了京津冀地区装备制造业产业升级对策。

Research on the Industrial Upgrading of EquipmentManufacturing Industry in the Collaborative Development

Equipment manufacturing industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei need to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading as the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, and “Manufacturing Industry 2025” has risen to the national strategy. Under the perspective of factor endowment, this paper builds a Heckscher Ohlin Model of three product and two stage; according to the relationship between factor endowment and industry output, divides sub industries into two parts; further divides industries into labor intensive industry, transitional industry and capital intensive industry. By using unrelated regression model, the empirical analysis of the eight sub industries of equipment manufacturing industry is carried out in Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas. The results suggest that 3 sub industries are transitional industry, 5 sub industries are capital intensive industry but there is no labor intensive industry. Finally, we put forward the strategies of industrial upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry from perfecting the structure of factor endowment, realizing the fusion of “Three Chains”, and promoting the fusion of equipment manufacturing industry and productive service industry.
