| Abstract: | This article put forward the viewpoint that the localization of oil painting is to nationalize the painting with the Chinese characteristics.Meanwhile,it expounded that artistic conception is the important feature and representation of Chinese traditional culture.Furthermore,the significance and methods of creating artistic conception was analyzed in this article. |
