| 摘 要： | 北宋哲宗去世、徽宗即位之后的两年 ,是北宋政治生活中各种矛盾发展演变过程中的关键时段 ,实乃北宋王朝走向垂危直至覆灭的重要环节之一。向太后垂帘之际宋廷再一次出现纷乱之局 ,是统治集团内部各派政治力量消长以及诸多因素作用的必然结果。“建中靖国”的流产及“崇宁”局面的出现 ,使北宋政治陷入更深的泥潭之中。

| Abstract: | The two years after Zhezong's ruling is a very important period which is related to the development of political life of Northern Song Dynasty. The arising of political confusion within the ruling class was an inevitable outcome with the function of various factors during the period of Empress Dowager Xiang's controlling imperial power. With the abortion of mediation and the arising of Chongning, the Northern Song's politics was thrown into deeper confusion. |
