| Abstract: | This paper first discusses the necessity, basic principle and policy of building the social security for those peasants working in the city in the process of urbanization. On the basis of the discussion, the paper then makes some proposals concerning the establishment of the social security system for the peasant workers. This involves focusing on the social insurance, making the developed region taking the lead in integrating the peasant workers into the urban social security system, and raising social security fund, etc. |
