| 摘 要： | 知识经济的到来对高等教育提出了新的、更高的要求 ,青年教师作为工作在教学第一线的主要力量 ,需不断改进教学工作 ,以培养出适应知识经济时代需要的高素质、创造性人才。本文结合教学实践 ,从更新教育观念、提高自身素质、探索科学的教学方法等方面 ,初步探讨了青年教师进行教学改革的重要性 ,提出了改进工作的一些思路。

| Abstract: | The coming of knowledge economy brings new higher demands for higher education.As a main force on teaching front line,young teachers should improve teaching work continuously to cultivate persons with creative ability.Combining with teaching practice,this paper explores the importance of teaching innovation from the aspects as follows:change of educational idea,improvement of personal ability and exploration of scientific teaching methods.Then some ideas of improving teaching work are put forward. |
