| 摘 要： | 分别用酚抽提法和盐洗法提取鼠、鲤、鲍三种动物基因组DNA,利用分光光度计测定其OD260与OD280的吸光值,计算比率估计核酸的纯度,并利用琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察DNA片段在凝胶中的位置,鉴定DNA.最终确定了一种简便、快捷、经济并适用于大多数动物基因组DNA提取的方法.

| Abstract: | The genome DNAs of mouse, carp and abalone were extracted with two methods separately. Then the ration of OD (260) and OD (280) was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The purity of the nucleic acid was calculated and the position of DNA segments in the gel was observed by agar sugar gel electrophoresis. Finally, a simple, convenient, swift and economic method of genome DNA extraction is determined. |
