| 摘 要： | 公民作为重要的法律概念,有其独特的内涵及外延。与其他法律主体不同,公民属于单数的法律主体概念,区别于“人民”;公民与特定的国家紧密相联,区别于“人”;公民系公法法律关系主体,区别于“自然人”;公民具有浓厚的主体性意蕴,区别于“臣民”。
