构建和谐世界是中国外交战略的新理念,是中国和平发展、建设和谐社会的需要,更是维护世界和平、促进世界发展的需要。构建和谐世界是一项长期而艰巨的任务,需要国际社会共同不懈努力才能实现。中国推动构建和谐世界,要在国内建设和谐社会的基础上,在对外战略上与周边国家发展和谐友好关系,与大国建立战略合作关系,与发展中国家保持和谐合作关系,开展多边外交,推动建立国际新秩序等。

Considerations on Chinese Diplomatic Strategy for Establishing the Harmonious World

Establishing the harmonious world is a new diplomatic idea of China and it is necessary for China to develop peacefully and build up the harmonious society,and especially for keeping the world peace and accelerating the global development.It is a long and difficult mission to establish the harmonious world and would not be come true unless the international society tries hard continually.In order to push the harmonious world forward,China should,on the base of building up the harmonious society internally,take such diplomatic strategies as developing harmonious and friendly relations with its neighboring countries,establishing strategic cooperative relations with the great powers,keeping harmonious cooperative relations with the developing countries, developing multilateral diplomacy and propelling to establish the new international orders,and so on.
