| 摘 要： | 复杂产品系统创新需要许多跨学科和多技术知识的输入,单个系统开发商无法掌握所有的技术知识,外包成为复杂产品系统创新必然的选择。研究外包影响因素成为当前研究的热点之一。本文在总结前人研究的基础上,探讨了复杂产品系统外包绩效的构成、影响因素及其相互之间的联系。

| Abstract: | Complex products and systems (CoPS) need a lot of multi-technology and inter-discipline input.None of the CoPS manufactures can specialize in all of the technology fields and provide the whole solution.Outsourcing is an inevitable method in CoPS innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to explore what factors influence the outsourcing performances.Based on previous literature,the paper discusses the composition of outsourcing performance, the factors influencing performance and the relationship between influencing factors and performance. |
