和谐社会与制度正义

和谐社会与制度正义具有密切的内在联系,制度正义是和谐社会的本质要求,实现和谐社会必须以制度正义为核心,全面落实公平分配机制,正确处理公平与效率、国家权力和公民权利,以及权利、结果公平和机会、规则公平的关系。社会主义和谐社会的构建应凸现社会主义制度正义本质,强化法律制度在利益分配机制中的作用,达到社会各阶层各尽所能,各得其所,而又和谐相处的理想境界。
