| 摘 要： | 当前全球生态问题日趋势严重 ,生态要素在社会发展中的基础地位得到广泛认可。解决生态危机的关键在于重新确立人类是生态系统普通一员的基本观点 ,摒弃人类是自然主宰的观点。人类在政治、经济、文化等一切活动中应自觉遵循生态系统的基本规律 ,实现人与自然的和谐统一。
