| 摘 要： | 我国城乡二元结构的演变,制度因素起了重要作用。制度变迁在城乡产生差距的原因主要在于制度供给失衡、制度的适应性、要素市场、价格机制及旧制度残存价值的作用。实现城乡一体化的关键在于进行制度创新,实现城乡资源、制度全面贯通。

| Abstract: | In the evolution of the dual structure of town and country in China, the system plays an important role. The transformation of system leads to a gap between town and country, the reason for which lies in the loss of balance in system supply, the adaptability of system,the price mechanism and the left value of old system. The key to realize the integration of town and country is to make an innovation in the system and make town and country linked up in resources and systems. |
