论社会转型期我国农村剩余劳动力的就业问题

依照工业化发展的逻辑 ,农民大规模地工人化应在失业人口显现之前完成 ,然而由于中国的特殊性 ,农民工人化过程与失业显现同时出现 ,给中国现代化发展与社会稳定带来了挑战 ,也使问题的解决变得尤为困难。那么 ,在中国社会转型时期的特定情况下 ,只有通过政府、社会以及农民自身等多方面的共同努力 ,才能切实解决好农村剩余劳动力的就业问题。文章在回顾世界上其他发达国家的工业化进程的基础上 ,对中国农村劳动力现状做了分析 ,并就现实问题提出了一些解决的对策

On Employment of Rural Surplus Labor Force inTransitional China

According to the logic of development of industrialization, the transfer of farmers to workers on a large scale should be brought to success before mass unemployed be aware of, however, because of Chinese particularity, the two phenomena appear simultaneously. This challenge to the Chinese development of modernization and social stability, and make it more difficult to solve the problems. Then, under the unusual condition of social transition in China, we need the cooperation of government, community and farmers themselves together to resolve the problem of employment of rural surplus labors. So, the text firstly reviews the process of industrialization in some other developed countries, then on the basis of which, analyze the actuality of China rural labors, and puts forward some countermeasures and solutions to resolve the problem.
