目前高校学报的同质化现象非常严重,成为学界关注的焦点。高校学报是否要讲求特色?学报的同质化是否不可避免?如何避免高校学报的同质化?结合编辑工作实践对地方高校学报特色化的途径作了一些探讨,认为面对学报的同质化,编辑应树立精品意识、发挥主体性策划作用、加大组稿力量、强化学术自律。

Editor and the Homogeneity of College Journal

The homogeneity of university journal is a very serious problem and has become the focus of attention of the academic circle.Should university Journals attach importance to their special characteristics? Is it inevitable for the homogenization of university journal? How to avoid the homogeneity of the university journal?
