| Abstract: | In developing the west, the demand and supply of laboring power in Ch ina's west bear evident differences compared with developed countries as well as with the other cities in China's east. The current thesis made a classification of the laboring market in the western cities and analyzed its short- and long -term tendency of change. On the basis of it relevant suggestions were made for policy-making. |
