基于现代教育技术的农村职业教育教学改革

农村职业教育在新的发展时期,面临着教育服务对象如农业从业人员、新增劳动力还有进城务工人员等多个群体对职业教育的强烈需求,但因受教育时间少、学习方式落后、收入低等条件的限制又影响了其学习的积极性。如果将以计算机技术、多媒体应用技术和远程网络通信技术为核心的现代教育技术应用在农村职业教育的发展中,以此促进职业教育教学观念、师生的角色、教学方式、教学评价方式等多方面的转变,将会加快农村人才培养步伐,满足社会对技能型人才的需求,促进农村经济的快速发展。

Teaching Reform Rural Vocational Education Based on Modern Educational Technology

In the new developing era,rural vocational education is confronted with the fact of the educational service objects such as agriculture labors,newly added labor forces and migrant workers from rural areas' urgent requirement to vocational education.But because of the limitation of time,learning approaches and the low income,they are inactive in learning.If modern educational technology centered by computer technology,multimedia application technology,and distance network communications technology can be applied in the development of rural vocational education,then the changes of teaching concepts of vocational education,the roles of teachers and students,teaching modes,and teaching evaluation approaches can be promoted.Therefore,the steps of cultivating rural talents can be speeded up,the society's need for skilled talents can be satisfied,and rural economic and social development can be improved.
