摘    要:高校肩负着为全面建设小康社会造就高素质人才与劳动者的艰巨使命,高校思想教育工作者为完成历史使命在建设"学习型学校"的作用举足轻重,也必须正视或警惕"学习型组织"建设过程中的局限思考、归罪于外等通见智障问题.要以勤奋学习发挥潜能,进行"自我超越"的修炼;要以平等对待学生与思想教育及教学科研"双赢"的理念,进行"改善心智模式"的修炼;要以相互尊重个人意愿并加以科学调整的高姿态,进行"建立共同愿景"的修炼;要以避免习惯性防卫及深度汇谈的开放心胸,进行"强化团队学习"的修炼;要以国际国内社会的全局观念,进行"系统思考"的修炼.

Abstract:The present article introduces five self-improvement models of ideological and political educators in institutions of higher learning,that is:personal mastery,improving mental models,building shared vision,team learning,and systems thinking.Meanwhile,it analyses the thinking barrier that exists among the ideological and political educators.The author points out that the ideological and political educators should take active measures to attain the five models,with a view to achieving good results in ideological and political work.
