| 摘 要： | 摘要：村民自治的有序开展离不开作为主体参与者的农民公民意识的提高，当前我国农民公民意识还存在许多问题，还需从壮大衣村市场经济、推进村级民主实践、重塑乡村政治文化、深入开展公民教育等四方面加强对其培育，最终实现农民向现代公民的转变。

| Abstract: | Villagers＂ autonomy and orderly develop without as the main participants farmers citizen consciousness enhancement, civic awareness of farmers still exist many problems, the need to expand the rural market from the economy, and promoting village-level democratic practices, reshaping rural political culture, depth in four areas of eivic education to enhance their training, and ultimately achieve the transformation of farmers to the modern citizen. |
