经几十的努力，阿拉伯高等教育的多样化模式、研究生教育的发展以及私立高校的兴起极大地促进了阿拉伯高等教育的规模建设和系统复杂化。在这一过程中，也出现了一些围绕高等教育对阿拉伯本土社会责任贡献能力不足而产生的问题。对这些总是的认识与有效解决是未来阿拉伯高等教育发展的方向。

Development of Higher Education of Arab States

Dozens of years of effort saw the tremendous expansion of higher education through Arab region. Various types of higher education institutions, graduation education and non-governmental higher education come to be the main factors pushing the expansion and the complication of Arab higher education system. On the other hand, the remarkable expansion aroused several problems concerning the inefficient contribution of Arab higher education to the indigenous society. Understanding and searching for effective solutions to these problems will be the main focus of Arab states' higher education at present and in the future.
