| 摘 要： | 中国的师道文化随着社会的教育职业活动的产生而产生,并在中国古代及近现代中,不断得到发展。新世纪中,社会发展变化对教师提出了新要求,新世纪教师应具有高尚的职业道德,先进的教育理念,合理的知识结构,复合的教育教学能力,健康的身体及心理。
