| 摘 要： | 李大钊的人权思想主要体现在五个方面:即世界各族联合组成联邦制国家;最大限度地实行言论自由,宗教信仰自由;国民的生命安全和生存条件应得到基本保障以及婚姻自由组成的家庭才是理想的家庭。
