辽宁"县域化、产业化城镇"发展模式初探

在辽宁老工业基地的改造与振兴之际,在新型工业化道路的探索过程中,在辽宁现有城市化水平较高的条件下,辽宁传统的工业型城市化在继续保持优势的前提下要实现新的突破,需要壮大县域经济,同时大力发展县域城市化,形成新型工业化与县域城市化共同发展的合力.所以,本文从这样一种战略的高度,以三次产业结构布局为出发点,分析了辽宁高城市化水平背后存在的深层次问题,从而提出辽宁县域化、产业化城镇的城市化发展模式的必要性、可行性.

A Brief Study of the Development Pattern of the County and Industrialized Towns in Liaoning

In the time of reconstructing the traditionally industrial base and researching the new way of industrialization, Liaoning, which has a high level of urbanization, has to make a new breakthrough in order to enforce the economy of towns and to achieve the urbanization of the towns. By revealing the three industrialization structures, this thesis analyses the problems behind the high levels of urbanization and points out the necessity and the possibility to achieve the urbanization of the county and industrialized towns in Liaoning.
