| Abstract: | Facing the present situaion of the industrial technology in the minorities areas in Northwest China, this essay analyses many factors on different levels, the fartors on which the realization of the industrial technology depends. It the gives an account of the innate logical relationship betwee these factors and the restrictive mechanism they may have for the development of industrial technology in northwest minorities areas in China. |
