民办高校大一学生自我和谐与应对方式关系探讨——以浙江树人大学为例

摘    要:本文对369名民办高校大一学生运用自我和谐量表和应对方式进行问卷调查,调查数据表明:民办高校大一学生主要应对方式是解决问题和求助;高自我和谐度组比低自我和谐度组更多使用解决问题、求助两种方式(P<0.01);低自我和谐度组比高自我和谐度组更多使用自责、幻想、退避和合理化的方式(P<0.01);自我和谐与应对方式显著相关(P<0.05)。由此提出,改变不合理的应对方式对学生的自我和谐有一定的积极意义,自我心理辅导应成为学校心理健康教育的重要内容;同时探讨了民办高校大一学生自我和谐与应对方式的关系,以期为民办高校心理健康教育提供参考。

Abstract:Methods: three hundred and sixty-nine students were investigated with Self Consistency and Congruence Scale and Coping Styles Questionnaire.The coping styles of low-degree and high-degree self consistency and congruence were compared with independent-sample T test.The correlation between factors of self consistency and congruence and coping styles were analyzed.Results: The most frequently used coping styles by freshmen of non-governmental institutions were solving problem and seeking help;The scores of solving problem and seeking help of high-degree group were significantly higher than those of low-degree group(P<0.01),the scores of self-blame,fantasy,avoiding and rationalizing of low-degree group were significantly higher than those of high-degree group(P<0.01);Self consistency and congruence had close relationship with coping styles in freshmen of non-governmental institutiongs of higher learning(P<0.05) Conclusion: It's very helpful to change unreasonable coping styles for improving students' self consistency and congruence.Ego counseling played an important role in mental health education of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
