| Abstract: | The nature of administrative compensation is one of important issues in the theory of administrative compensation.Through general analysis of some views of administrative compensation's nature in the administrative law world in China we can make a definition for the nature of administrative compersation:it is a special admininistrative responsibility of administrative main body and also a concrete administrative action of compensation of administrative main body. |
